Victoria graduated from the University of York in 2003 with a BSc in Psychology and a great deal of voluntary experience of working with behaviourally challenging children and adults. She went on to spend a year delivering a range of confidence building and motivational training courses for the long term unemployed and other socially disaffected groups. When this project came to an end, Victoria returned to full-time study, completing an MSc in Performance Psychology at the University of Edinburgh.
Victoria joined the team at ATC in 2005 as a Learning & Development Consultant and quickly became a key member of the training team delivering training solutions across a wide range of subjects including: leadership and management development, interpersonal skills, personal effectiveness and team building.
In 2007 - 2008 she undertook her second Masters degree, this time in Occupational Psychology at the University of Nottingham and is now an Occupational Psychologist practitioner in training working towards chartered status.
Upon completion of this MSc, Victoria took over management of the Training Team and is now Director of Learning & Development with responsibility for all of the training that ATC deliver. She continues to design and deliver a wide range of training solutions, coaching interventions and team building events to organisations such as Crown Relocations, HMP Whatton, Unilever, Coca Cola and Diebold. A highly experienced and adaptable facilitator, her delivery style is engaging, energising, motivational and highly interactive.
In addition to her professional interests, Victoria is a very serious Cox for one of Britain's top rowing clubs and has represented the Scottish rowing team internationally. She has recently coxed teams to victory in all of the top women's rowing events in the UK and at the Home Countries International Regatta. When not on the water, Victoria loves skiing, surfing and has recently discovered ballroom dancing.
Victoria is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, a registered Institute of Leadership & Management tutor and a member of the Association for Coaching. She is also licensed to deliver a variety of behavioural profilers and psychometric measures.
