Claire has been a professional trainer for over 10 years, since leaving university, where she studied Business Studies. Prior to joining Associated Training & Consultancy, Claire worked for one of the largest Credit Reference Agency in the UK as a Senior Client Trainer.
Claire now focuses on Management Development, Sales Training, Interpersonal Skills, Customer Care and Telephone skills. She is responsible for designing a range of training solutions within these subject areas for both the public and private sector.
Expert at large group training and team facilitation, Claire designs and delivers experiential learning strategies particularly involving brain friendly learning techniques.
Claire's portfolio of clients include Experian, Next, WRVS, FG Skerritt, Deans Food, Direct Valuations, Henry Boot, Crown Relocation.
In addition to her BA degree Claire is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is also a licensed Life Orientations behavioural styles practitioner.
