Résumé:

Andy is a qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager and training and development consultant. Until 1987 he was Head of Personnel at the BBC Midlands region, responsible for 1200 employees employed on a multi-site basis and producing network and regional television and network and local radio programmes. Prior to this he worked for the BBC in Broadcasting House and Television Centre in various human resource management positions. After leaving the BBC the next ten years were spent as an employed and self-employed management consultant.

Upon joining Associated Training and Consultancy Andy was appointed Director of Training, now Director of Learning & Development. In this capacity he is responsible for the quality, innovation, impact and effectiveness of learning solutions offered by Associated Training and Consultancy to its client base.

Expert at large group training, one-to one coaching and team facilitation, Andy has pioneered many experiential learning strategies particularly role-play involving professional actors and the theatre in creating various learning activities. He has been a visiting lecturer and examiner for the post-graduate Diploma in Facilities Management for the College of Estate Management, Reading University.

Andy's impressive portfolio of national and international clients include Arla Foods, McAfee, Hallmark Cards, Experian and DaimlerChrysler.
