Press Release - Local Consultancy Firm Wins Major Training Contract with BAA
Local Consultancy Firm Wins Major Training Contract with BAA
Associated Training and Consultancy (ATC), based in Nottingham has announced that it has won a major learning and development contract from British Airports Authority (BAA). It involves the delivery of about 100 courses per annum over 3 years. The contract is for a national programme of health and safety training centred upon all the clients' 7 airports in England.
ATC managing director, Andrew Kay, told us - "this is a major win for Associated Training and Consultancy and reflects highly on the skills and resourcefulness of everyone in our business. Winning a contract of this scale is a clear indicator that large enterprises such as BAA are increasingly aware of what we are able to achieve in partnership with them not just in the business, management and interpersonal skills arena but also in the important health and safety sector too.
Modern airports are huge, complex structures safeguarding equally complex activities. We will be playing our part in lowering the risks of these activities for staff and customers. This project provides us with the impetus to advance and develop our business to even higher levels so that we are in a position to win more work of this status with clients of high standing."
The contract started in August 2006.
