    Case study:
In 2010 - Tarmac Building Products made a £45k investment in an ILM programme for 20 managers, which equated to £1,750 per manager.

As a direct result of the bespoke accredited programme, consisting of a Foundation stage, 5 x 2 day modules spread over 9 months and assigned 'Work-based Assignments; - ensuring each manager applied the learning to specific business applications - a £1,600,000+ tangible, commercial gain has been measured that has been thoroughly analysed and attributed to the programme we delivered.

We're more than happy to provide a reference for this case study. If you would like it, please contact us to request it.
