Course Overview:
This 2 day workshop is an accredited programme by the ILM. This has several benefits to you: it means the material you're learning has been passed by ILM standards, and provides a mechanism to underpin what you receive on the courses, which will be easily transferred into practical application. It means that you're part way towards an ILM level 3 qualification (speak to your trainer for more details), and it means that you've decided to learn with an ILM approved and accredited training provider.
In this course you'll actively construct an authentically simulated change programme rather than cram for an exam. This serves as a great opportunity to apply the theory and experience change first hand, and do it how you know it should be done.

Anyone that has an element of 'Change' work involved in their role. The design of the programme has put the best of managers & change agents through their paces, and been a work life altering experience.
