Who will benefit: Any experienced work based manager / supervisor who is accountable for achieving results through direct or indirect reports, and who wishes to review, consolidate and enhance their leadership and motivational styles and techniques.
Objectives: By the end of the course participants will be able to:
- Explain the different approaches and styles of leadership
- Identify where and when it is appropriate to use the different styles
- Review and enhance their problem solving and decision making skills
- Understand how effective teams are created, developed and managed in the modern working environment
- Develop practical ways to motivate their teams
