Course Overview:
This jam-packed 2-day management training workshop will give you a head start in your managerial career by giving you essential knowledge of management and leadership styles, motivating and building your team to 'High Performance', and the interpersonal skills to do it!

Who's it for?
This course is suitable for managers with less than 18 months experience in management, as well as supervisors, team leaders and aspirational employees wanting to get ahead quickly.

The Paradigm assessment reports were developed, tested, refined and validated over an extensive period. This will provide, what we believe, to be the most practical and purpose built psychometric report available in the market today.

    This is our own non-accredited management course which has been written and developed by ourselves, with the ability to be flexible and tailored to a specific industry for those who wish to have the course delivered in-house.
