Course Overview:
In this ILM accredited 2 day participative event, you will learn and apply the latest techniques in communication. Being ILM accredited has several benefits to you; it means the material you're learning has been passed by ILM standards - this provides a mechanism to underpin what you receive on the courses, which will be easily transferred into practical application. It means that you're part way towards an ILM level 3 qualification (speak to your trainer for more details), and it means that you've decided to learn with an ILM approved and accredited training provider.

Communication is for everyone and anyone, whether you're a director who wants to brush up before a big meeting, to a manager that wants to see from a different perspective, through to a new starter who's looking to learn and apply themselves. Regardless of position, you'll leave with skills to know how to communicate easily and effectively.

The Paradigm assessment reports were developed, tested, refined and validated over an extensive period. This will provide, what we believe, to be the most practical and purpose built psychometric report available in the market today.
