Our Conflict Management course is ideal for all public facing workers who may come across conflict in their roles. It is also relevant for those with responsibility for employees who have direct client interaction.

The course will look it:

  • How to recognise conflict and the escalation of violence
  • How to carry out a dynamic risk assessment
  • Avoidance and breakaway techniques
  • What is reasonable force?
  • Dealing with and diffusing conflict


    • Course Material

    Each delegate will be issued with a workbook to assist them both during and after the course which will contain information, guidance and forms. The course is designed to be interactive, allowing delegates the opportunity to develop their skills with the support of the course tutor.

    Course Tutor

    Our health and safety consultants are qualified and experienced health and safety professionals with an appropriate background in the health and safety industry and many years of experience in delivering engaging health and safety training programmes. All consultants hold professional membership of the chartered Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).

    Course Duration

    The Conflict Management course will be delivered over one day.

    Certification

    Delegates will be awarded a certificate of attendance upon successful completion of the course.
