Delivery style
This programme is delivered in an up-beat and highly interactive manner with a lot of focus on skills practice, individual and group exercises. This allows participants the opportunity to develop their skills with the support of the course tutor.

Course tutor
Our learning & development consultants are qualified and very experienced coaching professionals with a background in executive coaching, 1-2-1 coaching and business & life coaching.

Course material
Each participant will be issued with a workbook to assist them both during and after the course, which contains information, guidance and forms to assist with the coaching sessions. Participants will also complete a Paradigm psychometric report (see below) & receive a year's membership with the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM).

Paradigm
Paradigm psychometric reports are based on 100 years of psychological research, and were developed, tested, refined and validated over an extensive period. This will provide, what we believe, to be the most practical and purpose built psychometric report available in the market today.

ILM Certification
All of our business coaching programmes are accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) At the conclusion of this ILM endorsed coaching programme, participants are required to undertake a small assessment. Those that successfully complete the assessment are awarded an ILM Endorsed Award in Coaching & Mentoring.

An application can then be made direct with the Institute of Leadership & Management for the issuing of ILM 'Post Nominal' letters; either AMInstLM (Affiliate/Associate Member Institute Leadership & Management) or MInstLM (Member Institute Leadership & Management).

As with most ILM qualifications there are some practical elements that need to be completed after the full programme has been run. We offer full guidance and support with these elements; plus once successfully submitted to the ILM, participants will receive their full 'ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring'.
