Coaching

Support for directors, managers and heads of department - old and new!

What Coaching is designed to deliver:

Coaching is a means to unlocking potential to enhance the coachee's strengths and capabilities.

Our position is that the coachee has the answers and the coach facilitates; through questioning, listening, applying learning tools, developing actions plans and demonstrating unconditional positive regard.

This is in order to facilitate the realisation of the coachee's potential and capabilities.

This is not 'Therapy' nor 'Advice' nor 'Counselling'.
