"I first encountered Phil and the team from Associated Training whilst at Unilever, some 7 years ago. Phil and the team delivered both short-term team building events, and longer-term management improvement and communication programmes. Each of these very bespoke plans, delivered both our managerial strategic and operational targets, as well as increasing the overall team morale with the Unilever finance department.

Whether it was conducting one on one's for the management team to improve self-awareness or target delivery, or delivering team events to both managers and the larger team; Phil and Associated Training did everything in a very professional and focussed manner, without losing sight of the overall aims or having 'fun'.

When I moved to Airbus UK and subsequently European Aeronautic Defense and Space Company (EADS), I had no hesitation in recommending Phil and the team to deliver the required training and team events.

The first event Phil and his team delivered was for the whole of the HR Shared Service Centre, with the aims of improving customer awareness and communication skills within the entire team. These aims where coupled with the real need to increase morale throughout the department; prior to major changes that where happening in the immediate future. The event was a total success, with not only thought provoking tasks being completed, but also a team charter delivered and signed off by the whole team for use in the office.

The event was such a success; we have asked Phil and his team at Associated Training to provide ILM training to members of the team during 2009; but also future team events, plus additional 'days' for any further requirements. Without doubt Phil and his team are excellent providers of training, to suit even bespoke requirements, and I would not hesitate in recommending the team to any business in the future."
