Case Study - Induction Training Programme
The Company
A key part of the criminal justice system through which 95% of cases are completed there. In addition the magistrates' courts deals with many civil cases e.g. family matters, liquor licensing and betting and gaming. For over 600 years Justices of the Peace have held courts in order to punish law breakers, resolve local disputes and keep order in the community.
The Business Problem
The client had gone through a period of expansion and had no formal induction programme in place for new starters. Our client identified a team of people including Case Progression Officers who required a range of training.
The Solution
Following the completion of a full reseach meeting and completion of a detailed Training Needs Analysis a customised Induction Programme was developed that covered Effective Communcation, Influencing Skills, Assertiveness and Effective Negotiation. The content was developed to include actual day to day scenerios from the client as well as general learning outcomes.
The Benefits
The client now has a professional and specfically tailored induction programme that has enhanced the skills of their existing team as well as enabling the client to attract the very best candidates in the future.
