Arla Foods

2 x ILM programmes have been delivered very successfully to over 35 managers from all areas of the company. There have been significant commercial gains from these programmes where substantial savings and greater efficiencies have been realised, adding hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of value as a direct consequence of the training provisions.

Unilever

Since 2000 various divisions and categories of this company (including Flora, Walls, Personal Care, Home Care, Finance and Operations) has commissioned programmes to be delivered throughout Europe. Unilever Italia, for example, has committed to a strategic programme for the marketing team(s) spread throughout Europe. These programmes are delivered in both the Classroom and Outdoor formats in Italy and the UK. The 'Household' Category of the Unilever organisation converted from a below target position to one of the best performing business units in the company within 2 years.

AOL

Since September 2005 we have delivered leadership development training for directors, senior managers, team leaders and coaches, plus upselling skills training to over 600 agents in Ireland and India, leading to a significant increase in sales results and conversions.

O2

The Corporate and Retentions departments have commissioned a series of upselling, negotiation, team leader development and facilitation skills since the summer of 2006. The aged debts have shrunk significantly and the conversion rates have soared (one team had a 63% level increase to over 90%) since we commenced the programmes.
